Slitter, Die Cutter Machine The compact rotary die cutters produced by ERREPI represent an innovative solution for those involved in the processing of adhesives that have the need to join large amounts of production with ease of processing.
Our die cutters are designed and developed for the production of adhesive tapes and any other flexible material, optimizing the experience and the knowledge gained over the years.
The range of Errepi machines can meet the different needs of our customers with products designed to suit your needs.

For those who want to start containing the costs without reducing the possibility of adding elements according with the future needs we propose our modular line “Galileo”.
For those who instead are looking for a compact and economical machine to obtain high production of blank labels or to be used initially as a simple slitter rewinder Errepi proposes "Dante".
Built in 330mm paper width as standard, "Dante" is basically a simple slitter rewinder, with a removable longitudinal cutting by blade / counter blade system, with a waste trim extraction unit, possibility of working mother webs up to 1000mm external diameter and rewinding by single or double shaft.

From this base it is then possible to add up to 2 die cutting units, single or counter pointed, for the production of blank labels and for second pass jobs with servo-drive motorization to obtain a perfect register in-line or off line in any kind of material.
The easy matrix removal and limited wear of the die cutting cylinder or of the magnetic laths, the easy of use and the fast settings through a touch-screen operator panel, the high performance Plc and the record of the jobs and of the tension settled to have a really fast start up make Dante machine a must have for every company.
