Rotary Flexo Printing Press "GALILEO"

The Errepi rotary flexo printing presses allow to work any material, from paper to adhesive paper until the plastic film.
Strength, jobs accuracy and modularity are the main features of our lines.
"GALILEO" has been subject to continuous improvements, which have improved not only the design but also the convenience for the operator in the various stages of starting up the machine.

The latest on our print units is “Flexoturbo”, true technology jewel, practical and flexible, allows you to print full-colour thin and highly deformable materials maintaining an high register accuracy.
Each printing unit is equipped with a plate-holder cylinder and an anilox roll with a "Z" and lines/volume at customer's request.
The “Flexoturbo” is available in two options:
- Fixed, cheaper;
- Sliding, ideal for lines with many colours, faster job change-over.

For printing both water based inks and solvent-based inks can be used. Drying takes place by hot air, infrared or ultraviolet lamps.
The modularity of the lines allows to switch from the basis for blank labels to a multi-colour configuration through a variety of accessories, die cutting above and / or under, cold/hot foil, coating and laminating, and other applications at the request of Customer.

In the “R-Galileo” lines, with servo-drive motors for each group, it is possible to make second pass printing and die cutting with a perfect register maintenance.
Who buys the basic machine knows that could increase it at any time; this versatility allows the Customer to minimize the initial cost through targeted investments and to easily follow the evolution of the market, thereby enabling the user to catch the opportunities that modern globalization offers.
At the end of the lines we provide various solutions to rewind, from a single shaft rewinder to the fully automatic no stop turret rewinders, combined with exit in sheets and fanfold.
