Description
The R-GALILEO is provided with servo-drive motors for each unit, permetting to make second pass printing and die cutting. This machine allows to work any material: from the auto-adhesive paper up to the plastic film. Solidity, precision in processing and modularity are the main characteristics.  
Galileo is still object of technologic improvements that have enhanced the pratical aspect about the use by operator in the various phases of the machine set-up and refined its appearance. Whit the purchase of a base machine you can increase the qualitative and operative features at any time, so due to its versatility it is possible to reduce at the minimum the initial investment. 
Different solution for the off-line: simple rewinder, single shuft, turret rewind with completely automatic for rolls, with sheet outputs and fold.
The latest addition is the new flexo printing press that allows to print in colors thin and strongly deformable materials maintaining a good register accuracy.
The latest innovation is the new flexoturbo printing unit: a real jewel of technology, practical and ductile, it allows you to print thin and higly deformable materials in color while maintaining good register accuracy. Each printing unit is equipped with a plate-holder cylinder and an anilox cylinder with "Z" and lines/volume on request. The flexoturbo has two versions:
. fixed, cheaper;
. sliding, ideal format for multi-color machines, with which you can speed up the format changes.
Both water-based and solvent-based inks can be used for printing. Drying takes place by means of hot air, infrared or ultraviolet lamps.
The modularity of the machine allows you to upgrate in a second step from the basic configuration to a multicolored configuration thanks to a variety of accessories, die-cutting (above and/or below) gold application (cold and/or hot), coating and lamination and many other applications on request.
